2 Cor. 10:3-5 For though we live in the world, we do not wage war as the world does. The weapons we fight with are not weapons of the world. On the contrary. We have divine power to demolish strong hlolds. We demolish arguments and every pretension that sets it's self up againts the knowledge of God, and we take captive every thought to make it obedient to Christ.

Relationship, response, intamicy, and reaction.  All stuff I have been thinking about lately.  I have also been reading in 1 John which may be why I am thinking all of this stuff.  In my thinking I posed myself a question.  Am I the same person in church as I am everywhere else?  Do I have the same passion, andattitude?  Am I consistent?  That is not a question I can honestly answer for myself so I had to ask people who knew me in and out of church.  THe response I got was that bothe were the same person, but I know that the is far more that I could work on.

1 John is getting to me.  I not only look at my own life but the others around me...I am tired of so much talk and so little action.  There needs to be more action, more passion, more conviction, and  more work.  The harvest is plenty but the workers are few.  1 John 2:3,4 say "by this we know that we have come to know Him, if we keep His commandments.  The one who says ' I have come to know Him,' and does not keep His commandments is a liar and the truth is not in him."  We have to keep His commandments this takes a response or a action.

The thing is we need to do more instead of talking more.  Our lives are full of jaw jabbing with all good intentions but no one ever want to do anything.  There are too many chiefs and not enough indians.  This needs to stop.  Jesus didnt come here to tell everyone what to do He showed us with His action and led by His example.  You cant lead people without actions.  Even in the animal world animals fight, sometimes to the death, for dominance and showing who will lead the pack.  People will see your action and judge you according to them rather than the words that come out of your mouth.  Even in Romans 2:6-11 Paul is talking about God and His judgement and how He looks ant the actions over the words.

My final thought is that we need to keep speaking the things of God and all of the stuff that we want to do for Him we just need to start doing it.  Start today right now.  You can fix a lot of stupid things by doing some right things.  Dont keep looking in the past or else you end up back there.  Look to the things of God.  What can you do for Him right now?  Talk to Him more read what He wrote you more.  Build a relationship  BUT GET IT IN YOUR HEART!! head knowledge will kill you.  "the over flow of the heart the mouth speaks!"  Let your spirit man start telling your body what to do instead of your body telling your spirit what to do all the time.
